Accounting Manager for NDT Solutions it is both a strategic and operational position, working closely with ownership and field staff. Managing Accounting Operations, Projects, and Policies. Including but not limited to the following duties:
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions for a small, service-based NDT company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, job costing, and general ledger
maintenance.
• Establish, document, and maintain practical accounting procedures suited to a small team, ensuring consistency in invoicing, expense reporting, and job cost tracking.
Maintaining Financial Performance and Internal Controls
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and project-level cost expectations in collaboration with ownership and operations.
• Track company financial performance against goals and provide regular updates to support informed business decisions.
• Ensure financial reports, tax filings, and internal deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of revenues, expenses, and profitability by job, customer, and service type.
